AI Audit

Where AI fits in your firm, and where it doesn’t.

Two hours online with the person who runs the work. A written report within five working days. One recommended next step, which may be “change nothing”.

What you get

The report

  • A one-page map of your cycle, from first contact to paid invoice, with the hand-offs where things wait or go wrong
  • A table of the systems you use and what each costs a month
  • Where a person must stay in the loop, and where they don't need to be
  • A data-handling check against UK GDPR for the kind of data you hold
  • Hours per case, measured on your own cases, not an industry average
  • One next step: change nothing, change a process, fix your templates, or build

How it works

Four steps, two of them yours

  1. Twenty-minute call, free

Two questions: what are you using, and what do you pay for it a month? We tell you the price of the audit on this call, before you book anything. If the audit is not the right fit, we say so.

  2. Two hours online

One person from your firm, screen shared, one real case walked through end to end. We map and time. Nothing is copied out of your systems.

  3. Report in five working days

Yours whether or not anything follows.

  4. If you build

The audit is credited in full against the build. Each build phase is priced before you commit to the next.

Two questions. No deck. The price is given on the call, is the same for everyone, and is credited in full against a build.

For

Small and medium firms of any kind

  • Assessment and therapy practices
  • Claims and rehabilitation teams
  • Advisers, consultancies and agencies
  • Any small or medium firm where the work lives in email, spreadsheets and folders

Not for firms wanting a slide deck about AI strategy. The audit is about your admin, your systems and your hours, and it takes no view on your professional method.

If you run an assessment practice, the audit uses the questions asked before Cassie was built: see the Practice Audit. Any other firm gets the same two hours and the same report shape, on your cycle.

Who runs it

One person, Pawel Dobrzynski, who built Cassie. Nothing is copied out of your systems during the audit. If a build follows, your records stay in your own Google Workspace; text the system drafts passes through Anthropic’s API under commercial terms that do not permit training on it, with a written processing agreement signed first.
