What we look at
- The cycle: referral → questionnaires to parent and school → chasing → appointment → report → invoice. What is typed twice, what waits, how many places one case lives in.
- The systems: every tool you pay for, what each one does, the monthly total.
- The records: which systems hold client notes and reports, who you have a written processing agreement with, where text goes when a report is drafted. Checked against UK GDPR rules for health data.
- The hours: how long a case takes from referral to invoice, timed with you on real cases.
We take no view on clinical method or diagnosis. Only the administration around the assessment.
What you get
- One-page map of your cycle, referral to paid invoice
- Systems table: what you run, what each does, monthly cost
- Data-handling check against UK GDPR requirements for health data
- Hours per case, measured on your own cases
- One next step: change nothing, change a process, fix templates, or build
How it runs
1. Twenty-minute call, free
What are you using, and what do you pay for it a month? If the audit is not the right fit, we say so.
2. Two hours online
You share your screen and walk through one real case. We map and time. Nothing is copied out of your systems.
3. Report in five working days
Yours whether or not anything else happens.
4. If you build
The £950 is credited in full. Setting a system up takes one day of your time.
Who it is for
- Autism and ADHD assessment
- Educational psychology
- Specific learning difficulty assessment
- Speech and language, occupational therapy
- Vocational rehabilitation
Solo practitioners, solo-plus-associate practices and small clinics. Not large provider networks with their own IT.
Who runs it, and your data
- One person: Paweł Dobrzyński, who built Cassie and runs it in production. He also answers afterwards.
- During the audit we look at your screens. We do not take copies of client records.
- If you build: records stay in your own Google Workspace. Text the system drafts passes through Anthropic’s API under commercial terms that do not permit training on it. A written processing agreement is signed before anything is switched on.
